have a great value with 6 comps...however all 1099 income tax returns dont make the deal work ....614 FICO never missed a mortgage payment. Equifirst said yes...then they want reserves...is their anyone other than hard money that will do this loan

So the problem is that his 1099 income after deductions doesn't qualify him Full Doc? If so, sometimes we are able to add back deductions to the income and may be able to still qualify him for an FHA loan. Email me at guysamuel@gmail.com Lets see what we can do.
