FICO: 0
LTV: 50

Loan Purpose: Refi

Client needs a HELOC on his house, based SOLELY on EQUITY and not FICO, etc. HELOC would be 50% LTV at $600,000. Can go Full Doc but FICO is bad Anyone help?

This is a tough one. How bad is the FICO and does the client have assets, tax returns to back the ability to pay payment. My email address is mg@sailmarketing.org so we could look to discuss this case.
